Sarah began her career at West Business Services in 2003. She is a Senior Operations Program Manager for one of our largest telecommunications clients.

When, and in what capacity did you begin with West Business Services? What position do you currently hold? What skills did you bring to your career at West Business Services that have served you well?
I started working on the consumer packaged goods team at West Business Services in 2003, and am currently the Senior Operations Program Manager for a large telecommunications client program. When I joined West Business Services I had five years experience in customer service, retail and inside sales.

Other than the pay and benefits, what have you gained during your time with West Business Services that you take into your life outside work?
Before joining West Business Services I'd seen the world as black and white. From my experiences here I've learned how to compromise and think outside the box.

What would you tell someone who was thinking of beginning a career with West Business Services?
Honestly, I really enjoy my job. At West Business Services, there are great people and benefits, and the opportunity to advance in your career.

What about working at West Business Services makes you excited to start each day?
I enjoy the challenge of my job and never have a day that's the same. I also enjoy the different personalities on our team and the way we work together to reach a common goal. We work very hard but we also have fun while we are doing it.

I like that the referral program offers incentives for encouraging friends and family to seek out West Business Services. I have taken advantage of the program and it has positively affected me and my family. To sell the company, I mention our employee-oriented activities, company goals, our promotion of training, and opportunity for advancement.
