When, and in what capacity did you begin with West Business Services? What position do you currently hold? What skills did you bring to your career at West Business Services that have served you well?
I'm a Consumer Service Representative for a consumer packaged goods client program. My life experiences and people skills have been important to my success. 

Other than the pay and benefits, what have you gained during your time with West Business Services that you take into your life outside work?
I've gained a sense of accomplishment and added confidence.

What would you tell someone who was thinking of beginning a career with West Business Services?
There are opportunities for all skill levels – the sky really is the limit!

A lot of businesses say their employees work on teams. What about West Business Services really makes you feel part of a team?
When someone is not at work, you can really feel their absence. The fact that we work together and give 110% to get the job done when they're out also shows we really are a team.

Is there one particular experience with West Business Services that you're especially proud of?
I'm proud to have been named STAR Associate of the Month.

How does the company's leadership and management support help you effectively do your job?
They encourage employees to ask questions and are also always offering employee training, both which help me do my job.
