When, and in what capacity did you begin with West Business Services? What position do you currently hold? What skills did you bring to your career at West Business Services that have served you well?
I started with West Business Services as a Customer Care Associate and now serve as a Client Operations Supervisor for five team members. Through teamwork we meet each of our customer's goals each month. More than 20 years experience in finance, customer service and management prepared me to handle reports for the client, my manager and my team.

I started with West Business Services when I was on a downswing in my career. They've given me the opportunity to grow and excel in my positions and my plans are to retire from West Business Services. My manager is always there for me. Our weekly one-on-one meetings offer encouragement, assistance, and a little critiquing - and is just a short walk away.
