The West Tuition Reimbursement program provides 100% reimbursement up to an annual maximum for college level courses—undergraduate and graduate. Courses are not required to be part of a degree program or job related.

At West Business Services, part-time employees receive a prorated amount of paid time off. Holiday pay varies based on schedule and actual holiday hours worked.
